Argentinian chimichurri sauce

Slathered over grilled meats this sauce is fresh, super simple and quick to make!



  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Red chilli
  • Oliver oil
  • White wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Shallot
  • Lemon juice



  1. Finely chop the parsley, shallot, garlic and chilli.
  2. Whisk together your other ingredients
  3. Taste it! If you think it needs a little of something don’t be scared to add it
  4. Now add everything together and mix well


Top tips 

If adding more salt to your sauce just remember you can always add but you can’t take it away!

Make the sauce in advance so the ingredients can develop a deeper flavour

Best served near ambient temperature
